I signed up for ESPN* so that I could watch the UCF vs. Tulane game but when I go to watch it on my LG TV, it keeps showing the loading signal. I have closed the app and reopened and also tried a system refresh.

GetHuman-janisgod did not yet indicate what Comcast should do to make this right.
