I’m brand new to chegg and was unaware of how strict the rules are so I accidentally got suspended from my account unfairly. I accidentally opened chegg on a browser on my phone and then continued to download the app and log on. Only I was also logged into my browser on my Macbook so I got immediately suspended. I find this extremely unfair, as I was accused of “account sharing.” Really, I just wasn’t aware that I was doing something wrong that could get me suspended. And I wasn’t even account sharing, like I said, I accidentally had a chegg browser open as well as the app, and I was logged into a browser on my Macbook. I apologize for not realizing but it’s crazy that my account is completely locked up for something so minuscule!
