I'm not certain wat happened to my previous email I tried to send however I'm under time pressure bc att is limited my order I placed for ** hours where I have to verify my identity however my screen is shattered on my current device hence why I currently had to buy a new device unfortunately the team cannot send me my order until I verify so unfortunately my camera is shattered giving me very little possibilities to work with here. I called support n Jeff the rep instructed me to turn to this. I'm currently on a rig site with my husband literally ** miles from any station let alone att store so tht leaves me only this option only I cannot find any attachment or upload screen nthe strange part is my husband laptop literally says that it won't send to att site bc it's " not safe" wat do I do bc I paid out of pocket n now I have ** hours to send my id or they cancel my order n I really need a new device?I'm stuck no answers?
