Being a customer for * yrs I called to dispute a charge and negotiate with billing to reconnect service but asked to speak with billing associate supervisor after getting no where with associate who to me had a dont care attitude only to have his supervisor REFUSE to speak with me! Supervisor has associate to tell me go on a web page to section * something of you all website and after fir my answer and even after asking to speak with supervisor again he obviously found it amusing and placed me on hold again. I found THIER actions very UNPROFESSIONAL and offensive especially when I was trying to come to an agreement to settle bill and continue being what I thought was a valued customer the past * yrs but was made to feel like paying off my debt and continuing as a customer, they could care less.
