I see someone said that I have not mentioned what Capital One should do to make this right........ I guess when I said something about capital one being as consistent with me as I am with them, it lacked the specificity and*or bluntness that make reading more understandable for some, so let me correct that now....what Capital One could do to make this right is they could UPDATE MY CREDIT on my card within ** hours of me making a payment like they do **-** percent of the time, you know like be ...oh ...whats the word I'm looking for ?........oh!! CONSISTENT!! ... yup !! thats the word....and thats how they could fix it , hope that says how they could fix this.

I made a *** dollar payment the **th , and it posted the **th , and capital one withdrew the *** dollars from my bank account, and * out of ** times they have my credit updated within ** hours of when I submit my payment, on more than one occasion they have updated my credit instantaneously with the submission of my payment, but they have not updated my available credit as of yet from this payment, and they did this to me one other time about two weeks ago, I called and talked to a person early this morning and they told me that they have received my *** dollar payment , but my credit wouldnt be updated until Monday morning (the **nd), when I asked why , he said , "oh its just to make sure that are no problems with us receiving the moneys" and I told him that my bank statement shows me that you have received all the moneys yesterday , and then he said it takes some time to update the credit sometimes, and so I just said , so I will not be able to use my card until Monday morning ? , and he said , that is correct sir, and I just hung up the phone , so I really want to know how in the **** their system or whatever works , because most of the time like I said , I make a payment and within ** hours its on my card for me ready to use , but then out of the **** blue all of a sudden they have my payment but wont update my card for * days !! and the only explanation is they want to make sure there are no problems with them receiving the moneys !!?? are you kidding me !!?? so ya, I would just like to know how one gets capital one to be as consistent with me as I am with them ? they have my payment as per our agreement, and they tell you on their website , and in their literature that "YOUR CREDIT WILL BE UPDATED WITHIN *-* DAYS " after you make a payment, the last time they did this I just accepted it , figured it was just one of those things , but this is the *nd time within a few weeks , and I NEED to be able to use my card , well , in about * hours now , I can not wait until Monday ( * days AFTER my payment has posted !!)
