My hand luggage was damaged on the flight from Chicago to Munich!*Although I thought, I could have my hand luggage with me during the flight to Munich, they have taken it away from me. They said there are already too much pieces in the aeroplane!!! ( I was one of the last person who was boarding)*Why didn’t they put the luggage from the people who had a domestic flight from Chicago to Charlotte? In the end my hand luggage arrived damaged in Munich.*It’s a pity because it was a quite new one. *I tried to contact American Airlines in M*nchen but I couldn’t reach someone who speaks German.*For further details you can contact me ******@***.com*If possible, in german!*Thank you in advance
