We flew home from Monterrey, Mexico yesterday on a return flight. One of our baggage did not arrive. We were told last night that it would be brought to us today. I called baggage at AA in Memphis this morning. They told me that it would be tomorrow. When I told the lady we were promised it would be here today, she rudely informed me that that was all she could do and if we needed clothes we should go out and buy new clothes. We just spent over **** dollars with AA only to have luggage that we cannot receive. And on top of that rude customer service. I need to talk with someone, but you don't seem to be interested in taking care of your customers once you have taken their money.
