Hello, I have been trying to find a telephone number to contact as I am having trouble logging into my account. I am not receiving the one-time password on my phone. My account is [redacted], and my cell phone number is [redacted]. Recently, my computer was hacked, and I had to sign out of Amazon. I had to cancel my credit card but now have a new one and would like to update my account to ensure I retain access to Prime Music and Video. I was disappointed today when my 2-3-year-old wanted to listen to the “Bruno” song from Encanto, only to find out it's suddenly under "limited" music. I believe kids' songs should be free as exploring music at a young age is vital for play, dancing, and releasing energy. It's essential for children to have fun activities, and it's disheartening to see restrictions put on something as innocent as kids' music. Despite paying for Amazon Prime, additional charges seem unfair, especially for those who already spend a lot. This added cost may seem insignificant to Amazon, but for me, it means sacrificing meals. Yesterday, I had an issue where an Amazon Locker was closed when it should have been open for me to send a return. After speaking with Mohammed on the chat line, he assured me the package would be picked up. Amazon's email stated it would be picked up the next business day, which was today. Despite setting the package at my gate with a copy of the pickup email, by 3:00 pm, the package was still there. Surprisingly, when I checked again at 5:00 pm, it had been picked up without being recorded by my Blink security camera. I've yet to receive confirmation of the pickup from Amazon, and I really rely on the $[redacted].76 refund. Although my neighborhood has no recent history of stolen packages, I hope Amazon did pick it up and just hasn't confirmed it yet.

Hello, I am reaching out with great disappointment regarding my Crocs order placed on May 9, [redacted] (order number [redacted]-[redacted]). Unfortunately, I received a duplicate item. I promptly informed Amazon and returned the product on May 23, [redacted], following up multiple times for the return. Regrettably, the refund of Rs. 4,[redacted] has not been processed yet, despite numerous attempts to inquire about it. The latest update from the customer service representative mentioned that the product has not reached the warehouse. This situation has been incredibly frustrating from receiving a duplicate item to the delays in refund processing. I noticed a suspicious charge on my Amazon account from someone in Ohio. Amazon locked my account after I tried to sign in to Prime. They provided me with an [redacted] number which revealed fraudulent charges totaling $[redacted] paid with a debit card. The tech support team assisted me by refunding $[redacted] via PayPal, deducting a 3% service fee. Additionally, they directed me to transfer $[redacted] via Venmo to a Mamie C. in two installments of $[redacted] and $[redacted]. Now, Amazon owes me $[redacted] for the initial fraud and another $[redacted] for the payment directed by their tech support. The tech support representative, possibly named John, had a foreign accent. I tried to contact him at [redacted], but he disconnected the call and the number now appears out of service. My Amazon refund ID is MIR[redacted].

Order #[redacted]-[redacted] - I scheduled delivery of a freezer with installation/removal of the old freezer for tomorrow, 28 June, from 11:00-15:00. The delivery date changed to Wednesday but the installation is still scheduled for tomorrow. I need these to be coordinated so installation happens when the delivery occurs. Additionally, I noticed there were two similar options for "connect & appliance collection" at £21 each. The email confirmation shows I selected the one for under-counter appliances, but I have an upright freezer, so it should be the one for free-standing appliances. Can this be corrected, or does it not make a difference?

Dear Sir, I regret to inform you of a disappointing experience I had with an order I placed for a cellphone on my wife's birthday. I took advantage of an exchange offer, received all relevant information like PIN and OTP, and was even notified that my order was out for delivery. To my dismay, the delivery was canceled due to not meeting the exchange offer requirements, which was unexpected since I had followed all the steps. After contacting customer care, I was informed the phone would arrive the next day, but then I received a message in the app stating a refund had been issued. The lack of clarity on the reasons for cancellation and the back-and-forth with customer service have left me feeling let down, especially on such a special occasion for my wife. I encountered several issues with my (old) account linked to my email address: - Originally, I had a $[redacted].00 Gift Card Balance. - On 6/25, an unauthorized individual made a deduction of $[redacted] for a Sephora gift card, which was later refunded twice after your intervention. - Subsequently, my account was locked, and I was unable to pass the security verification. - On 6/27, another unauthorized individual charged $[redacted].56 to my bank account without my consent, prompting my bank's fraud department to investigate. - Before I could address these concerns, my Amazon account was closed preemptively. I now seek the following resolutions: - To have a new account created for me. - To transfer the remaining Gift Card balance of $[redacted].00 to the newly established account.

I thought I only ordered one Trend Micro (6 users) Security account, but the system charged me for two. I reached out to Amazon's American and Australian help desks, but none could find my order to cancel the duplicate. I sent six emails to the supplier explaining the situation, but got no response. Today I received one package with two copies of the security items. I urgently need to cancel one of them and get a refund for the duplicate. Please help me resolve this issue.

Dear Amazon Team, I would like to report an incident involving an Amazon delivery van bearing registration number MH 14 HG [redacted], driven by Madhav Sambhaji Bable. On May 27, [redacted], the van hit my parked car at Comfort Zone Balewadi Society, damaging the left side tail light and leaving scratches. I returned two Ladylike Moissanite Curved wedding bands via UPS on June 27, [redacted]. I confirmed with UPS on June 28, [redacted], that the package was received at the Amazon fulfillment center in Jeffersonville, IN, on June 29, [redacted], at 10 a.m. Despite this, I have been informed that the refund process may take up to 30 days, and I was told conflicting information regarding the refund being issued to my card on file. Amazon is insisting that the package is in processing, even though it was delivered days ago. I am awaiting a refund to my Amazon gift balance, which typically takes 2-4 hours. I am seeking the refund owed to me promptly, along with an Amazon credit for the delays affecting my urgent upcoming purchase needs.

I recently ordered the Signature Design by Ashley Mirimyn Vintage 42" Home Office Desk with Basket in Distressed Black. Upon arrival, I received a white instead of black desk. I received an email on Saturday to my Gmail regarding the delivery date of my Samsung a52. Then, on Monday morning, I received another email with a new estimated delivery date between the 27th and 28th of this month. However, despite these emails, I have not received any shipping confirmation. I contacted Achemex, the company handling the delivery, and they mentioned that the purchase is registered but there might be an issue with the carrier, Amazon. I haven't received any updates, and I am eager to get my order. I would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for the delay and provide a solution. I purchased a radio a week ago but have been disappointed with its poor signal reception and need to adjust the antenna constantly. When I contacted customer service, they explained that Amazon products have to be replaced through Amazon. Despite this, I agreed to have the product exchanged. However, the replacement product had the same issues. The customer service representative mentioned that the product's performance was reflective of its price range, which I found to be an unsatisfactory response. I believe selling subpar products under the pretext of low prices is deceptive. I caution others against purchasing from Amazon based on my experience and suggest seeking alternative options in Egypt.

I am currently renovating my bathroom and had planned to order all the necessary fixtures from Amazon. I received a notification that my new toilet would be delivered today, and I was expecting a call before it arrived. However, without any warning, the delivery person left the heavy toilet in front of my door and headed down the street. Being 73 years old and 5 feet tall, it was a struggle for me to move it to my garage alone. This experience has left me upset and frustrated with Amazon. Not receiving the expected call or even a doorbell ring was disappointing. Despite my son working for Amazon in Seattle, this incident has made me reconsider ordering my remaining items from them.
