Hello, I would like to inquire about the status of my life insurance policy with policy number 90-[redacted]U. My last conversation with your representative was on June 7, [redacted], with "Candice P." I have tried to contact someone four times in the past 3 weeks but unfortunately, was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. I finally hung up. I mailed a service request to Allstate on June 9th or 10th and have not received any updates via phone, email, or mail. I am concerned and would appreciate a response regarding my request. I have attempted to contact Allstate multiple times over the past two months through calls and emails. Despite canceling my services, they have unexpectedly increased my bill and involved a collections agency. Despite my efforts, I am facing a lack of direct communication and unresponsiveness from both Allstate and the collections agency to resolve this matter. I have documentation confirming the cancellation of my services but am being pursued for additional charges. It seems like they are avoiding my attempts to discuss this issue, even though I have tried calling from different phone numbers. The main contact number provided seems to be unresponsive to my calls, leaving me in a challenging situation.

I'm disappointed in the recent service I received. An agent named Heidi Garcia bombarded me with calls and texts pressuring me to buy insurance, even after I asked her to stop. The continuous interruptions, even during a work meeting, were unprofessional. Threatening to complain to corporate seemed futile as I couldn't find a contact number. This experience has made me question the professionalism of Allstate. A respectful and customer-oriented approach is crucial, and I feel unheard and disregarded, reflecting poorly on Allstate's reputation. I hope for better communication and consideration from companies in the future to ensure customer trust and satisfaction.

I am experiencing frustration trying to contact an agent at Allstate. I have been cut off three times while holding. I am looking to change my agent from Katsizna Premier as the current service has been rude and disrespectful. Regarding my condo policy for [redacted] Kennedy Drive, Spring Valley, policy #[redacted]74; I have informed the new agent that the property was sold in October. Despite leaving messages, emails, and personally visiting the Nanuet office, I am still receiving bills for the policy. I have been a customer for over 40 years with Mr. Chhim as my previous agent, who was always accommodating. I am unhappy with the new agent's attitude and would like to change agents promptly. Please cease sending bills for policy #[redacted]74, as it pertains to a sold property. I have attempted to communicate this multiple times without success. The customer service experience at the Nanuet office has been disappointing, with one employee even making negative remarks. I request a call back at [redacted] (home) or [redacted] (cell). I have been a loyal customer of Allstate for over 40 years. My auto policy number is [redacted]64, and I also have my umbrella and homeowners policies with them. Despite receiving lower premium offers from other insurance companies, I have chosen to stay with Allstate. Recently, my auto premium was increased, so I reached out to my agent who provided me with a new policy at a lower premium. I am wondering why my longstanding policy does not receive the same reductions as the new policy offer. I have multiple policies with Allstate and have been a customer for over 40 years. I am currently in the process of getting a divorce, and our agent allowed my spouse to open a new insurance policy without including my car. Throughout our marriage, I have not been employed, including now. Instead of reverting to the original policy that included both of us, the agent is insisting on adding me to the new policy my spouse obtained. Additionally, there was a past due amount on the account as of 11/20, which my spouse was allowed to address by making changes that left the past due balance on my account. Furthermore, a payment from my spouse was applied only to the new policy he acquired, neglecting the old policy as he has traditionally paid. Another concern is that the insurance company has erroneously labeled my marital status as "divorced" instead of "separated."

I submitted a car accident claim through Allstate, the other driver's insurance company, and had to wait a week to hear back. After getting a quote for the repairs on my car, I faxed it to the claims handler but have been struggling to reach them since then. Despite sending the inspection report a week ago, the website still claims they are waiting for it. The agent acknowledged receiving it but mentions they are waiting on another agent to review it. It's been two weeks now, and my car remains unfixed while I'm stuck driving on a spare tire. Additionally, accessing the Allstate website has been problematic, as I frequently encounter errors. This situation is extremely frustrating.

Last November, I switched to Allstate and bundled my auto and home insurance. Unfortunately, my mortgage company, Amerihome, was not informed causing my homeowners' insurance to lapse. Despite providing the correct details to both Allstate and my mortgage company, the documents needed to renew my insurance were not sent. I have contacted my agent two weeks ago, but as of today, Amerihome has not received the necessary information to reinstate my coverage and settle the outstanding amounts. I am now without homeowners' insurance and struggling to find a resolution to this issue.

My wife was in an accident on March 27 and filed a claim with Allstate the same day. We rented a car on the 30th and signed a release for the damaged car on the third. However, the car was not inspected for two weeks. The car was finally sent to the auto shop for inspection yesterday. Allstate informed us that the rental car agreement is only valid for two more days. We are unsatisfied with the slow progress of the claim as we are on a fixed income. My wife depends on having a car. The other party involved has insurance; we are hoping they will cover the cost of a rental car without us having to pay out of pocket.
