i print off a few coupons of my favorite selection-i use them at A&W-Im now told i can only use * coupon and i cant use another coupon for the same product -i have to use a different one everyday- Im not allowed for ex. to use * eggers -i can only use * and then the next day i have to use something else- so it is now * coupon for different items.. Im told they let use more than * because they know me but because i do this im cut back- plz call me all ill explain it better for you--***-***-****--This has also happened with t he breakfast-I have no Saliva Glands due to Cancer so when i order Pancakes to go i would get * Syrups -now they wont do this i get * YET when i go to other A&W i get what i order- ..Si --i said to the Mgr --i can use * coupon here and if i go to another i can use what i printed off? Her Response was -they dont know you we do-----Is this DISCRIMINATION here --- ???? I hope not because i spend at least $***.** a month here ...If need be ill go to other places where i get good service also-Im sure they would like my business- Plz call and ill give you the Restaurant im talking about--Thankyou Ed

Ive tried talking to the mgr but to no avail She is right and im wrong---Go figure - The customer is not always right but when i take my CLIENTS-I run a Taxi Company here for * years - I or my Drivers with my permission out for for a treat or we buy something on the way thru OR if i have a client who has nothing to eat i buy a meal for them to give back to society because we are Blessed in this business- We dont do this everyday but we do i t-and the response is great also--I use the A&W coupons to help them out and the Advertising it does for you all is Great-Now im thinking about going elsewhere because of this issue- And YES we as Cab Company do use and promote your Stores where possible- We are from a small community where everything is known and we help where we can- You will be losing alot here- Grace Taxi -***-***-****
