Are there any special storage instructions for the tomatoes?

Asked 6 months ago
Yes, to ensure optimal freshness and flavor, it is recommended to store our tomatoes at room temperature, ideally between 55 to 70 degrees Fahrenheit, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerating tomatoes can adversely affect their taste and texture. Furthermore, it is advisable to store tomatoes stem-side up to prevent bruising and spoiling. If the tomatoes are not fully ripe, they can be placed in a paper bag with a ripe banana or apple to speed up the ripening process. However, it is important to avoid overcrowding as this can lead to bruising and spoilage. By following these storage instructions, you can enjoy our tomatoes at their best quality and taste.
