We accept returns for items that are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. However, please note that certain items such as swimwear, intimates, and beauty products are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons. Once your return is approved, you will receive a prepaid return label that you can use to ship the item back to us.
