How Do I Elect Ebills in My TD Bank Account?

TD Bank has branches along the United States east coast and has provided financial services to customers since being established in 1852. The bank provides account holders with a number of services, including eBills. How do you elect eBills on your TD Bank account? You can learn more about the financial institution by calling customer service here, and below is how you can elect eBills from your account.

Setting Up eBills on Your TD Bank Account

Through your online account access, you can elect eBills by completing the steps listed here:

  1. Open TB Bank in your browser and log into your account.
  2. Click "Bill Pay" in the menu at the top of the screen.
  3. Look for the eBill tag beside the merchant or company you pay.
  4. Click the "Get eBills" button under the company name.
  5. Read the information on how the payments will be handled through the eBill system, then click "Get My Bill Here."
  6. Key in the verification information needed, such as a zip code on the account that will automatically pay from your TB Bank account.
  7. Read the terms and conditions of establishing eBills.
  8. Check the box agreeing to share your email address, then click "Submit."

After Setting Up eBills

Once you have set up an eBill, you need to be aware of the following:

  • eBills may take one to two payment cycles to be established, so make sure you are keeping track of your recurring payments.
  • Once eBills have started, the due date will appear beside the company's name in your "Payment Center."
  • TB Bank will email the address on file when the bill arrives each month.

At any time after enrolling in eBills, you have the option to log into your account and change or cancel the payments from your account. By clicking the company under the "Bills Due" section in your account, you can update the account number, payment information or payment dates. You can cancel a one-time payment or the entire payment series using your online account access.
