No, merchandise purchased from Old Navy cannot be returned to an Old Navy Outlet store. Returns should be made to the store where the purchase was originally made or through the online return process for online orders.

Yes, Old Navy offers a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of your purchase if the item you bought is marked down. To get a price adjustment, you must show your original receipt. Please note that final sale items are not eligible for price adjustments.

Old Navy's return policy allows for returns or exchanges within 45 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition, unwashed and unworn. If you're returning by mail, the postmark date on your package will be considered the return date. If you're over the 45 day limit, we may still accept your return, but it may be subject to a late return fee, or you may receive a merchandise return voucher instead. Please keep in mind that the final decision on whether to accept late returns is at our discretion.

If you’ve received a defective or incorrect item, you can exchange it for a different product altogether. You can perform this exchange in any Old Navy retail store, or by mail. For a mail exchange, return the item using the return label included with your package, and place a new order for the correct item. Please note that online exclusives must be returned by mail, though. No receipt is required for returns or exchanges with a valid form of identification.
