The refund policy for GotoBus tickets is as follows: If a customer needs to cancel their reservation, they are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the departure time. However, a small cancellation fee may apply. Cancellations made within 24 hours of departure are not eligible for a refund. In case of a trip delay or cancellation initiated by GotoBus, customers will be provided with a full refund. It is important to note that refund requests must be submitted through the GotoBus website or by calling their customer service. Refunds are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
