What is your return policy?

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from GiftBrand.com, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date. We accept returns of unused, undamaged items in their original packaging. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
