What is the return policy?

Our return policy at Fat Brain Toys is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all original packaging intact. Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation in the return package. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 10 business days. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or defective upon receipt.
