I'm sorry to hear about this incident. Cash App takes security very seriously. When your account is compromised, the first step to take is to report it immediately via the app if possible. Go to the profile section and select 'Support'. Here, choose 'Something else' > 'Account Settings' > 'Close my Cash App account'.
Furthermore, change your email password and other sensitive passwords if you haven't done so already.
Unfortunately, Cash App will not be able to provide monetary reimbursement if your account has been compromised and funds have been sent out. I urge you to practice safe online behavior to prevent this in the future.
