To switch from old CDK Drive to new CDK Drive, the transition process requires you to ensure that your data is safely backed up. After that, installation of the new CDK Drive can be set up. Once done, all your data can be transferred to the new system. There is certain training offered to learn about the navigation and usage of the new CDK Drive to make your transition smooth. Please note that it also involves communication with CDK Global to finalize conversion plan and schedule. It's always recommended to get in contact with a CDK Global representative to assist with the process to prevent any mistakes that could disrupt your business.
