What is the return policy?

Our return policy at 4inkjets.com allows customers to request a return within 365 days from the date of purchase. We understand that sometimes the ink or toner cartridges may not meet your expectations, so we offer a hassle-free return process. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in a resalable condition and include the original packaging. Simply contact our customer service team to initiate the return and receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Once the RMA is issued, you can send the product back to us. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the returned items, we will issue a refund promptly.
