KOR Water Customer Service Issues

I recently purchased a water bottle through either Deals and Steals or View Your Deal and have been searching for the perfect one for a while now. I chose a clear bottle with a rose gold design that received compliments for its appearance and large capacity. Unfortunately, yesterday it fell off the table, causing the top to come off and water to spill everywhere. I was under the false impression that once the cap was back on, the bottle would remain leak-proof. Sadly, that is not the case now. I am disappointed that it broke and would appreciate a replacement. While I would prefer a different one, I really enjoyed the one that broke. Thank you, Michelle L.
