Brixton Customer Service Issues

Hello, I am a Brixton [redacted] SCRAMBLER motorcycle owner experiencing issues with my bike. Despite resolving some problems before, currently, after 4 kilometers of riding, the motorcycle overheats and experiences severe braking issues, making it impossible to push due to a malfunctioning clutch. My motorcycle, registered as EZ-[redacted]-GH with identification number VA4BX0208J[redacted], is under warranty until July 20. The dealer, VTWIN garage in Bordeaux, France, is fully booked until the end of August. I kindly request a 6-month extension on the warranty to allow for the repair to be completed. I placed an order for 4 items on December 16th through their website. I made sure to spend enough for 2-day shipping to receive it by Christmas Eve. However, it has been almost a week, and my order has not arrived as guaranteed. Despite leaving voicemails, sending emails, and reaching out on Instagram, I have had no response. I even saved up for a whole year to purchase something special from this company for my girlfriend.

I purchased a Bowery flannel about 2-3 weeks ago and it seems to be defective. The button hole is unraveling and getting worse each time I use it. I paid a significant amount for this flannel and would like to exchange it for the same one. I really like the product and want to keep buying them, but I can't if I keep having these issues.
