To cancel your overlapping WinZip subscriptions, you need to contact the platform through which you initially purchased the subscriptions as they are the ones with the authority to end them. It's possible that your WinZip requires an updated license to keep it active. License information for one major version will not work for another major version. For example, if you registered a major version of WinZip and then download and install a new major version, you would need to buy a new license for it. In other words, if you registered WinZip 23, WinZip 22, or below, your registration code will not work in WinZip 24 or higher. So, if your registration isn't working, it might be because you've recently updated the software to a newer version. A new registration code may be needed.
