If you also forgot your username, you'll need to create a new Waze account and manually re-enter your saved addresses. Unfortunately, without access to the registered email, there's no way to retrieve the data from an old account.

To connect Waze with Lyft, you need to select Waze as your default navigation app within the Lyft app. Open the Lyft app, then tap on your profile picture in the upper left corner. Select 'Settings', then 'Navigation'. There, you can select Waze. If you've done this and it's still not connecting, check if both apps are updated to the latest version.
