I purchased a ticket from Frontier Airlines on April 12, [redacted], for a flight from West Palm Beach, Florida to Trenton (TTN) departing at 6:19 pm and arriving at 8:58 pm. The flight was canceled on that day. The staff collected my details and assured me they would process the refund. I missed my flight at 6:03 AM from Las Vegas to Phoenix because the shuttle service didn't show up. Despite my request, I didn't receive any wake-up calls. The hotel I stayed in placed a $[redacted] hold on my credit card, making it impossible for me to afford a taxi back to the airport. I urgently need to be re-booked on the next available flight to Phoenix due to my mother's health situation. She is in stage four cancer and recently entered hospice care. I am working on resolving the credit card hold issue, so I can return to the airport. I should have arrived in Phoenix last night, but my original flight was delayed, causing me to miss the connecting flight from Las Vegas to Phoenix.

My boyfriend and I were headed to Chicago, Illinois from Tampa, which was a crucial trip for us. When we stopped in Atlanta, our flight was delayed numerous times, and the departure times displayed were inaccurate. The airport was under construction, making it confusing to locate our gate E2. Despite asking for directions multiple times, we received conflicting information. After unsuccessfully searching for four hours, we were informed that our plane had already departed. Exhausted, hungry, and stressed, we haven't had a proper meal and are low on funds. This trip to visit family, including his terminally ill dad, is significant. Is there any possibility of us reaching Chicago without purchasing new tickets?

I had two flight reservations today with the booking code GYGR3M. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled, and I received a refund code. I found myself as the only white individual in a lengthy check-in queue, standing 5th from the desk when an employee approached me, insisting I leave the line to use the kiosk for a voucher, mentioning it was for my suitcase. I explained my luggage was prepaid and I just needed my boarding pass. Reluctantly, I moved to the kiosk only to return to the desk as per the worker's confusing instructions. She then informed me that my flight was canceled, leaving me emotionally drained from what felt like being racially profiled. I traveled for 2 hours unaware of any change, as my son had purchased the ticket. I am now considering legal action and informing the media about this disrespectful treatment. Your staff's lack of training and disrespect towards customers like me, a 68-year-old, has left me deeply offended and upset. The flight was delayed three times, and when it was time to board, I was told there were no seats, causing me to miss flight #[redacted] to Orlando. As a result, I also missed my connecting flight from Orlando to Aguadilla. I requested a refund, received a voucher for that flight, and used it to purchase another flight from Cleveland to Orlando, which was also canceled and rescheduled from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm with the same confirmation number. My luggage, with tag number [redacted], was already checked and paid for. Upon arrival in Orlando, I had to purchase another ticket to San Juan, with confirmation number B68E4Y, as there were no flights until the next day. It has been 3 days since I arrived in PR, and my luggage containing vital medication and personal items has not been found. I've been attempting to contact someone at Frontier all day. I wanted to add my grandchildren to my existing Frontier flight. I called Priceline, and the representative stated he couldn't add the kids to the booking. Unfortunately, he ended up canceling my flight with Frontier. I have been trying to reach someone at Priceline without success. Frontier's customer service information has not been helpful in this matter. I would appreciate it if someone could respond to me promptly.

I purchased a ticket with JetBlue for a flight from PR to the Dominican Republic on May 24, returning on May 28 with Frontier. Unfortunately, JetBlue canceled the outbound flight last minute without any suitable alternatives for my vacation dates. I am reaching out about an email I received regarding a flight disruption. Upon clicking the link, I was given options to change my flight, request a refund, or opt for a credit voucher. Since the available times for changing the flight did not suit me, I requested a refund. I received an email confirming the refund request, but then I was surprised to receive another email confirming a new booking automatically. I did not select this and canceled it promptly as I was under the impression my refund was being processed. However, upon canceling the new booking, I was informed that I would not receive a refund. I purchased a ticket from New Orleans to San Francisco for April 29th and received an email from you stating that the ticket was canceled. After contacting you, I was informed that I could fly on another Frontier flight that day if I paid an additional $75. I paid the extra amount but upon arriving at the airport, there was no Frontier flight. My son contacted you, and the first payment was refunded, but the second payment of $75 for the rescheduled flight was not refunded. I urgently request a refund of the $75.

I am having trouble logging into the Frontier Airline Mobile App. Today, I chatted with two different service representatives, but the issue remains unresolved. One representative mentioned clarifying the problem with my email but did not provide details on how it was fixed. They advised waiting for an hour or two before trying again, which I have done without success. I attempted to reset my password using my email address, [redacted], but did not receive the temporary password email. I am now looking for alternative ways to contact Frontier Airlines as this situation is becoming frustrating. I was assigned a GetHuman number and am expecting a call to discuss this matter.
