What is the policy for lost and found items?

Shortline Bus, Coach USA has a comprehensive policy for lost and found items. If you have lost something on one of our buses, simply contact our customer service department or visit our website to report the lost item. Provide a detailed description of the item and the bus you were on. We will make every effort to locate your lost belongings within 48 hours. Once found, you can either collect the item from our office or arrange for it to be shipped to your address at your own expense. Note that valuable items and documents require an in-person retrieval. However, please understand that we are not responsible for lost items and advise passengers to keep their belongings in sight at all times.
