You can get a copy of your FPL bill by logging into your online FPL account. Once logged in, navigate to the "Billing" tab where you'll find an overview of your current and past bills. Click on the bill for which you want a copy, and there will be an option to download it. These bills can be saved as a PDF for your records or printed if a hard copy is needed. If you do not have an online account, you can register for one on the FPL website using your account number and last four digits of the account holder's Social Security number.

Florida Power & Light allows you to cancel your service online. To do this, log in to your FPL account, go to the "Start or Stop Service" section and select "Stop Service". You'll be asked to provide information about when and where you'd like to stop your service. Please note that you'll have to stop the service at least one full business day before your desired termination date. A final bill will be generated after the cancellation and sent to your mailing address or you can view it online if you're enrolled in Paperless Billing.

To change your email address with Florida Power & Light, first log into your online FPL account. Navigate to the account settings section. There, you can update your email address. Please note that account numbers are assigned by FPL and cannot be changed by customers. If you've moved to a new home and have a new account, you should have received a new account number from FPL. It's important to use this new number when managing your account or making payments. If you believe there is an error with your account number, contact FPL customer service for assistance.

Florida Power & Light (FPL) has several programs related to Electric Vehicle (EV) charging. One of them is the FPL EVolution program, which aims to install more than 1,000 charging points at over 100 locations throughout Florida. However, these are public charging stations, not personal ones for individual homes. For home installations, FPL recommends hiring a licensed electrician. Please ensure the required electrical safety standards and local codes are strictly followed for such installations. Remember that installation might also need proper permits from local authorities.

You can pay someone else's account with Florida Power & Light by using your online banking or by sending a check via mail. If you're using online banking, you'd need to set up a new payee with the person's account information. If sending a check, write the account number on the check and mail it to FPL. Keep in mind, you'll need the account holder's permission and you should have their exact account number to ensure the payment is applied correctly.
